ADULT TRAINING

Apex offers drivers training for adults 18 years and older. We teach beginners and drivers with some experience.

We offer a  2 hour lesson and focus on techniques to help pass the driving test as soon as possible. For example, we teach control on left/ right turns, parallel parking and right of way to name a few.

PERMIT TEST

The Instruction Permit test can be taken at the DPS, Apex Driving School or online. If you opt to take the permit test at the DPS you should have your documents in order to take the written test and must be 25 or older.

* Birth Certificate/ US Passport/ Green Card

* Social Security Card

* 2 Bills with your address

If you are from abroad or out of state you should have a passport, out-of-state ID and a third piece of ID. For example, voter card, shot records or school ID. If you don’t have a social security card you must fill out a social security affidavit.

This Permit class is 100% online. Once you complete the program you will receive your DE 1317 certificate.

Driving Test at the DPS

We will pick you up and drop you off; $99.00 or $147.00 for the driving test if its within the area.

Private Driving Lessons

We will pick you up and drop you off within the Metro area and within our practice zones for all driving practices. The 6 hour package applies within a 10 the 15 mile radius of our office. Call to find out if it applies in your area. Also, the 6 hour package might not apply in all areas during peak months- Summer.

AREA & PAYMENT

Houston and most of its surrounding areas we're picking up and training students at no extra cost. The two hour lesson begins when the instructor arrives at the students location. Payment must be made on the day of the lesson.
